SMS, Pegasystems in strategic alliance

Technology services consultancy, SMS Management & Technology has cemented a strategic alliance with business process management group, Pegasystems, to jointly deliver BPM solutions across a number of industries.

Under the agreement, SMS and Pegasystems will offer full end-to-end BPM solutions, including Pegasystems software and SMS's consulting and delivery resources, ongoing services and full training and enablement.

SMS national practice director systems integration, Trevor Townsend said, the alliance would allow clients to 'foster the business agility necessary to meet ongoing change requirements.'

Townsend said the delivery of  'best-in-class combination of Pegasystems' industry leading BPM solutions and SMS's end-to-end consulting and IT services' is expected to help clients in the Asia Pacific market transform business processes, drive greater efficiencies and improve customer service.

Pegasystems' regional vice president and managing director, Asia Pacific, Luke McCormack, said the partnership allowed the two companies to jointly offer the 'full spectrum of solutions and services across a wide variety of industries, and provide a rapid return on investment.'
