HP ePrint supports Children's Hospital fundraiser

The traditional Good Friday Appeal in aid of Melbourne's Royal Children's Hospital is just days away. This year, HP is adding a hi-tech touch to the proceedings - any you can help, wherever you are in the world.


HP is supporting this year's Good Friday Appeal for Melbourne's Royal Children's Hospital by offering to chip in as much as $100,000. The company's ePrint technology is part of the process.

ePrint is a feature of several of the company's recent printers and all-in-ones. It allows files to be printed by sending them to an email address associated with the printer.

Everyone is invited to send a message of support or a picture of their fundraising activities to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it using Microsoft Office, BMP, JPEG, GIF, TIFF, or PDF format as appropriate.

Those messages will be printed on HP devices installed in the TV studio and displayed during coverage of the appeal on Friday.

"We can't wait to see the ePrintforthekids wall grow on Good Friday - live on TV," said Christine Unsworth, executive director for the Royal Children's Hospital Good Friday Appeal. "It's a great way for people of all ages to get involved and show their support during the telecast. We are looking forward to seeing the different ways in which the community is supporting the Appeal."
