30 resellers geared up to push AAPT's iProvide Office

IT Industry - Strategy

AAPT claims to have trained and equipped 30 IT&T resellers to sell the IProvide Office VoIP, VPN and Internet package to SMEs as part of the IProvide Partner Program.
IProvide Office provides "a complete Voice, VPN and Internet solution for small enterprise businesses with 4 voice lines or more using IP services delivered over business grade broadband". It claims to deliver "business-grade VoIP" by prioritising the voice traffic to give a high quality of service path separate to that used by Internet traffic. AAPT claims that order volumes have increased strongly since the product's launch in February 2006 with over 400 voice lines ordered across 70 customer sites.

Partner accreditation training on IProvide Office was recently held in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. The 30 accredited IProvide Office Partners are split between Victoria (11), New South Wales (11) and Queensland (8).
