HP and Avaya have forged a three-year strategic agreement under which elements of Avaya's unified communications and contact centre products will be added to HP's unified communications and collaboration (UC&C) services portfolio for enterprises and sold by HP.

HP announced a similar relationship with Alcatel-Lucent in May. http://www.itwire.com/it-industry-news/strategy/39328-hp-and-alcatel-lucent-team-for-unified-comms However the combined product and service offering under that relationship were to be sold by both companies.
