Myki meets its match and finds a solution

IT Industry - Strategy

A possible solution for the much maligned and equally broken Myki has surfaced.

Additionally, there are endless complaints about the website, the call centre, the recording of data and the handling of money.
Further, customers are complaining that barriers at train stations regularly refuse to open, the cash top-up machines seem to work irregularly and fares are still being calculated incorrectly.
Meanwhile, the 'testing' continues in order to understand why the failure rate on buses and trams means that they are not sufficiently accurate for "prime time."
Now, we have a white knight to the rescue.
As can be seen in the following video, members of the Hawthorn AFL club can rise up above the woes of Myki and, with their heads held high, sail through the problems.
One can only assume that the AFL will expand this service to all clubs and their members.
