Performance managemehnt software vendor BMC Software has named Planwell Technology as its first business service management (BSM) certified partner in Asia Pacific and one of only seven BMC Software Partners certified in BSM worldwide.
According to BMC, being a BSM Certified partner means that Planwell has the ability to sell and deliver a complete BSM solution.
Planwell successfully completed a rigorous certification process which stretched over seven months and culminated with a week-long onsite visit by a BMC Software US executive to review Planwell's methodology and capabilities.
Planwell customers have included Telstra, National Australia Bank, Department of Education and the Brisbane City Council.
