Telstra has revealed the addition of almost one million new mobile services in the six months to December 2011, but Sensis revenues plummeted 24 percent in 12 months.
Inch will oversee the roll out of the wholesale broadband network across Tasmania and will report to the company's executive chairman, Doug Campbell and its seven member board.
Inch, who will be based in Hobart, has a strong background in telecommunications having spent 18 years in engineering and senior management positions in Telstra including roles as general manager of project management and as general manager in a Telstra-IBM Joint Venture. More recently he was involved in Acacia Australia’s bid for work on the first version of the National Broadband Network.
