Tele-IP's Beam cracks global Iridium terminal market

ASX-listed Tele-IP's wholly-owned subsidiary, Beam Communications, has appointed Norwegian company Marlink AS to resell its satellite terminals to the global market.


Marlink's offices worldwide, including Athens, Brussels, Dubai, Hamburg, Houston, London, Oslo, Rockville, Singapore and Tokyo, will promote the Beam range of satellite communications solutions for the Iridium satellite network.

Michael Capocchi, general manager of Beam Communications said: "The appointment of Marlink AS a major reseller in Beam's distribution network is very positive for Beam's continuing expansion into the global satellite markets. The strength of Marlink's world-wide distribution and their leadership in the marine and land based satellite communications provides Beam with a leading distribution partner."
