Motorola in the US has introduced the first Skype-certified Bluetooth headset which has gone on sale at 3,500 RadioShack stores nationwide for $US99.99.

The Motorola Wireless Internet Calling Kit comprises a Motorola H500 bluetooth headset and PC850 bluetooth PC adaptor and includes 30 minutes of SkypeOut calls to normal landline or mobile phones.

Users plug the PC850 PC adapter into the USB port of PC, load the required software and "follow a simple, step- by-step procedure to establish the cordless connection between the PC and Motorola H500 headset."
