Business productivity solutions developer Brookstone Technologies and call accounting developer PhoneControl Australia have signed an OEM Agreement in which PhoneControl will market internationally Brookstone's technology as part of its own offering.

The deal will involve PhoneControl incorporating, the BrookstoneVirtualOffice (BVO), an integrated application software suite, as a major component of its OfficeControl enterprise information management system.

'PhoneControl's incorporation of the multi-award-winning BrookstoneVirtualOffice enables us to continue to fulfil the promise to our customers to provide them with management information on all organisational and/or transactional business activities,' said Eric van der Staay, PhoneControl managing director. 'Brookstone Technologies has exceeded expectations in delivering outstanding customer service and optimisation of both Microsoft and IBM technologies and we are confident that the Australian and International markets will embrace the augmented OfficeControl suite of products.'
 
Van Der Staay said that multi-lingual capabilities, especially the Chinese and Japanese versions of the BVO will further strengthen the market acceptance of the enhanced OfficeControl suite of products.

'This agreement is the culmination of some nine months work and validates the design and development of the BrookstoneVirtualOffice, a unique suite of client relationship and other eBusiness applications,' said John Stockbridge, a director of Brookstone Technologies.
