Sydney-headquartered CRM consultancy and IT provider, InsightfulCRM, is expanding its Australian operation, opening a new office in Melbourne to service the Victorian, South Australian and Tasmanian markets.

InsightfulCRM  Director, Marc Englaro said the new Melbourne facility, in Collins Street in the CBD, was the “first step in building a much stronger network across the country, and with local customers.”

Englaro said the Melbourne office expansion was the first of many, with InsightfulCRM also planning to expand to Queensland, ACT and New Zealand.

Englaro announced the appointment of Ivor Jenik the new role of Southern Regional General Manager, to lead the Melbourne office.  “With six years’ experience in building and rolling out customer relationship management programs, Ivor is a senior member of the team and has worked with almost all of our clients throughout his career at InsightfulCRM,”

“We have launched a new Melbourne office to cater to our growing number of customers who are either headquartered or have substantial presence in the southern states. By being local, our team can act faster and be more responsive to existing and future clients.”

“The new team will aggressively focus on building InsightfulCRM’s clientele in the education, software and professional services industries.”

Englaro said the launch of the new Melbourne offices came “fresh off the back of InsightfulCRM’s eighth year anniversary as a SugarCRM Gold Partner.” He said the company had partnered with SugarCRM since 2005, and was the biggest and longest serving SugarCRM partner in Asia Pacific.
