In a ceremony that was almost as glamorous as the Oscars, winners and finalists of the third annual Recruitment Excellence Awards were announced last Friday at the stunning Opera Point Marquee in Sydney.
Deloitte's Award, as advisors to the recruitment industry, recognises firms who display innovative business management techniques, including successful strategies that have increased sales and implemented innovative remuneration strategies for consultants.
In the past year, Finite has effectively bucked the trend and grown its business significantly. Recently, Finite announced a significant expansion to its Perth office, successfully capitalising on a mining industry fueled boom in IT jobs in WA.
Finite's MD, Tracy Thomson, commented that 'Finite are very honoured to have won such a prestigious award that recognises all the energy and creativeness of Finite's management team during what was a very challenging 12 month period for the industry at large as the recruitment market recovered from the GFC slowdown.
