Internode tops with customers, again

IT Industry - Market

Adelaide-based broadband provider, Internode, continues to rack up awards, grabbing its fourth success this year by recording a 93.4 per cent customer satisfaction rating in a national ISP survey by Roy Morgan Research.

Internode was the only ISP with a customer satisfaction rank of more than 90 per cent, with its rating covering the six months to May. This is the fourth survey of 2010 in which Internode has topped the Roy Morgan poll of broadband customers.

The research firm says it surveyed about 7000 broadband customers for the poll.  It said that customer satisfaction with Telstra Bigpond was 65.8 per cent.

Internode claims it is Australia's largest privately owned broadband service provider, with more than 450 employees and more than 190,000 customers nationally using its internationally-linked IPv6-enabled network.
