Internode again the choice ISP

IT Industry - Market

South Australian-based national ISP, Internode, has trumped 42 competitors to again top the Choice magazine customer satisfaction survey of broadband providers.

For the second time in a row, Internode topped the survey, held every two years by Choice, Australia’s leading consumer advocacy organisation, in the customer satisfaction table for both ADSL and ADSL2+ categories.

Choice surveyed 4,716 customers of 43 different ISPs, with the results published in the November edition of Choice magazine.

Internode also topped the survey in Choice’s last ISP customer satisfaction poll in 2007.

Internode managing director, Simon Hackett, said the “strong customer satisfaction rating in the 2009 Choice survey was a valued measure of the company’s performance.

“This achievement lines up with Internode’s success in topping the recent AFR Smart Investor SMILES survey. This is what we thrive on and what we’re proud of – strong recommendations from trusted sources.”
