The company says its Data Express product suite creates appropriate subsets of large volumes of production data for testing purposes while meeting stringent data privacy requirements.
Keith Mante, country manager, Micro Focus Australia said Whiteley has worked in the IT industry for more than 28 years, most recently as a business development manager at Information Builders where he focused on selling directly to the public sector. He previously held business development roles for Bearing Point (KPMG Consulting Australia) and Digital Equipment Corporation, first as a channels business manager, then as a SAP alliance manager, and also worked at Unisys where he managed hardware infrastructure projects and developed new business opportunities.
"Geoff’s focus on the Data Express tools will ensure we can take advantage of the growing opportunities in that area as Australian companies come under increasing pressure to comply with privacy and legislative requirements," Keith Mante said.
