NEW YORK, May 18 (Reuters) - Clear Channel Communications Inc. (CCU.N: Quote, Profile, Research said on Friday its board approved an increased buyout proposal of $39.20 a share, or $19.6 billion, which includes an option that allows current shareholders to take about a 30 percent stake in the restructured company.
