PARIS, March 27 (Reuters) - STMicrolectronics (STM.PA: Quote, Profile, Research) was one of the best-performing CAC 40 (.FCHI: Quote, Profile, Research) stocks on Tuesday after it proposed a forecast-beating dividend, which analysts said was a sign the company's reorganisation had finally reduced its cash needs.
