Web hoster and domain name registrar, Melbourne IT (ASX:MLB) posted a solid full year ended 31 December 2005, with strong revenue gains and earnings.
Revenue was up 21.8% to $73.3 million and net profit was up 30.5% to $5.35 million. Consulting revenue more than doubled to reach $9.8 million.
"The continuing success of our strategy of diversifying revenue sources and adding value to meet the needs of our customers is especially pleasing," said Melbourne IT CEO, Mr Theo Hnarakis.
MLB shares closed up 10c in moderate trading to finish on $1.50.
