In what is beginning to become an almost monotonous string of clone-like deals, Redflex Traffic Systems Inc, the US subsidiary of Redflex Holdings (ASX:RDF), has been awarded a new photo enforcement contract with the City of Loma Linda in California.
Under a five year contract with two, two year renewal options, Redflex will deliver fixed red-light enforcement systems for up to 10 intersections. The format of the contract is virtually identical in size and scope to a number of US contracts announced over the past year. Based on the estimated costing of one such deal, the revenue of the latest contract is about US$6.5 million.
