Telstra has revealed the addition of almost one million new mobile services in the six months to December 2011, but Sensis revenues plummeted 24 percent in 12 months.
The resulting organisation will keep the Leading Solutions name and Frank Colli will remain CEO with ComputerCORP CEO Robin Rindel becoming CFO and CIO. Former ComputerCORP chairman Domenic Martino will retain that role.
The expanded company will have more than 430 staff and expects first-year revenues will exceed $A300 million.
"Our model for growth through strategic acquisition has proved itself," said Colli. "Growing organically isn't fast enough for us to take advantage of opportunities in the marketplace, which is experiencing continuous consolidation.
"In each of our acquisitions, the new teams have integrated well, welcoming Leading Solutions' envied culture and philosophy.
There is little overlap between the two companies' geographic areas of operations or customer bases.
Colli has raised the possibility of overseas expansion.
