ComOps classifies channel cohort

IT Industry - Development

Software and services provider ComOps has revised its channel program, introducing three levels of participation.

Software and services provider ComOps has introduced gold, silver and blue levels within its channel reseller.

Gold resellers work in specific vertical markets or products, managing the sales process, implementing solutions, and providing first-level support.

Silver resellers are required to demonstrate business expertise and a  differentiated offering. Like gold resellers, they also provide first level client support.

Blue resellers are not required to offer consulting or support services.

"We plan to use the reseller programme to grow our business through enhanced relationships and incentives with our channel partners," said Daniel Sheahan, ComOps' general manager - solutions marketing.

"The programme's training schemes, resources and rewards for committed partners are designed so that partners can work with us as effectively as possible. It will better enable our partners to make the most of our leading solutions to provide best of breed products to customers, and take their share of these rapidly growing markets."
