Retail banking software vendor, Admerex Limited (ASX:ADL) has been awarded $1.54 million in damages plus interest and costs in an 18 month legal case against its former South African parent, Global Technology Limited. ADL claimed that Global Technology failed to fulfil contractual obligations and transfer funds to Australia following the agreement for the companies split up.
