"I congratulate Wipro for its decision to open one of its world-class development centres here in Melbourne. Today's announcement re-affirms why Victoria is a great place to do business with a growing economy, highly skilled workforce and supportive government, said Brumby.

"Wipro is extremely pleased to be increasing its investment in Australia by establishing this new centre in Melbourne," said Mathur.
