ICT recruiter, Candle Australia Limited (ASX:CND), has completed its acquisition of library, archives, records management and knowledge management recruiter, The One Umbrella.
The One Umbrella has been operating for over 20 years and has offices in Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra and Melbourne. Candle announced the acquisition on September 30 stating that it will be EPS positive in its first year. CND expects to pay about $3.2 million in cash and shares, using a performance based earn-out formula.
