A deal with a Singapore-based intelligent building integrator may help an Australian software company grow its international presence.
Melbourne-based Majitek has struck a deal with Singapore's CNA Group that will see it become the preferred supplier of software solutions to CNA projects.
CNA has provided intelligent building systems for projects including Changi Airport, Cisco's Bangalore campus, and the Beijing World Trade Center.
CNA previously used its own Sirius software, but the deal will see those assets transferred to Majitek, where they will be combined with the latter's Leap platform to allow the provision of intelligent building and facilities management using the SaaS model.
The first implementation of the combined solution is underway at Singapore's Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, which has more than 100,000 intelligent building network points. It is currently undergoing onsite testing, with final handover expected in March 2010.
