ISP Chariot Limited (ASX:CTI) has continued its growth through acquisitions strategy with an agreement to purchase part of the business of Adelaide-based ISP, AirNet Commercial Australia Ltd.
The acquisition is expected to add approximately 3,000 dial-up and DSL customers to Chariot's South Australian client base and takes its total number of customers nationwide to approximately 155,000.
Chariot has now acquired 7 ISPs in the past 18 months, is ranked in the top 10 ISPs Australiawide, and has an extensive subscriber network across eastern and southern Australia.
