CRM systems provider, StayinFront has secured a contract to supply its on-demand consumer goods CRM solution to Australian supplement and sports nutrition manufacturer, Vitaco.
Vitaco recently formed a new national sales team to sell directly into Australian pharmacies and, to support the new strategy, the company is equipping the field team with StayinFront EdgeCG on Windows 7 tablets to drive efficiencies and foster relationships with pharmacies.
Kerrie-Anne Turner, StayinFront's APAC Vice President and Managing Director Australia, said the addition of Vitaco to recent customers that manufacture and market well-known brands found in homes throughout Australia and around the world is a 'clear indication that StayinFront is setting the benchmark for on-demand CRM solutions in the consumer goods industry.'
According to Turner, the key to Vitaco's decision to deploy StayinFront EdgeCG were the integrated analytics, KPIs and in-field dashboards that will provide the company's reps with 'everything they need to sell more and manage better.'
'The availability of StayinFront's innovative consumer goods on-demand solution means that organisations like Vitaco can rapidly implement sophisticated CRM tools that enable them to compete in their marketplace at the highest levels of efficiency.'
