Builder outsources IT service desk

Residential builder Simonds Homes has outsourced its IT service desk to Corporate Express Managed Services.
The three year contract covers level one and two support.
Calvin Bradshaw, national manager at Corporate Express Services, said "We have 5 customers on board already and the feedback from users has been very positive. The key to our success has been to be able to provide a personalised end user experience, with end-to-end accountability, at an extremely competitive price point"
The deal includes an option of using Corporate Express Managed Services' infrastructure-as-a-service offering.
