Electricity and gas utility, Origin Energy, is piloting Objective Corporation’s enterprise content management (ECM) solution within the company’s business units, except the retail units.

Objective said the agreement with Origin provides for its ECM solution to be deployed across selected corporate business units on a pilot basis.

Objective CEO, Tony Walls, said the contract with Origin Energy “builds upon our strong presence in the utilities and energy industry.

“As an industry that endures high costs to maintain regulatory compliance, Objective has a track record of helping customers in this industry achieve best practice information management that improves business processes and ultimately reduces costs.”
