IP PABX developer, Mitel, has named Ethan Group as its second Platinum accredited systems integration partner for Australia, after Telstra. Mitel has also formally opened an expanded technical support centre in Sydney.
Gwilym Funnell, Mitel Australia country manager, said: "Ethan Group's overall revenue grew 760 percent last year, winning them the title of being Australia's fastest growing company."
Mitel has also appointed Stefan Jansson as technical support manager, based in Sydney. He has previously held positions at Damovo (Australia) and Ericsson (UK).
Mitel's Sydney technical support centre has a core team dedicated to supporting the Asia Pacific region, supplementing the resources of the European and Canadian support centres.
The Sydney centre will provide level three support for Mitel's solutions partners and distributors. First and second level support is delivered by authorised Mitel distributors within each region.
