Unwired now half way to breakeven

IT Industry - Deals

Unwired Group has revealed that it had 36,600 customers for the quarter ending 30 September.

CEO David Spence told the company's AGM that it would change its policy of announcing customer numbers only every six months to every three months. "We realise that as a fast growing young company, six months is far too long a time for updating the market on our customer growth," he said.

"This is more than half way to reaching our breakeven goal of 70,000 customers in Sydney...[and] we remain on track to reach our breakeven point in Sydney without the need to raise any additional funds for our Sydney network."
