CRM vendor StayinFront has been chosen to develop a CRM solution for listed tanning pills pharmaceutical firm, Epitan Ltd.
Melbourne-based Epitan has established a sales and marketing operation called Epipharm. There are currently five products in the Epipharm portfolio. Epipharm will be responsible for the sales and marketing of these drugs.
StayinFront will partner with IT services company Unisys, Epipharm's systems integration and outsourcing partner, to deliver the CRM solution. The system will combine the StayinFront CRM software platform and StayinFront Analytics data analysis and decision-support tool with a Unisys hardware platform.
"As a relatively new company, Epipharm needs a CRM platform that is flexible enough to meet our immediate needs for the sales and marketing of our new products and then be able to scale up with us as we grow," said Chris Rossidis, general
manager, Epipharm.
Eric Moore, sales director for StayinFront Group Australia, said, "Our solution will give Epitan instant access to information about the various players in the complex healthcare sector, including doctors, specialists, hospitals, clinics and pharmacies, enabling them to manage those relationships more effectively and maximise their impact. "This partnership further strengthens our relationship with Unisys on a global basis," said Moore. "Our strategic partnership with Unisys offers our clients combined resources, expertise and commitment for one single point of accountability."
