ManageEngine's ITPulse brings a social networking style user interface to IT service management.

Developed specifically for IT management and administration teams, ITPulse merges alerts from IT management tools into a Facebook style wall along with discussions between team members.

Articles, videos and other information can also be shared via the system.

While all members of a team automatically follow each other in ITPulse, the system provides for discussions that are restricted to particular subsets, such as members of a project team.
ITPulse is offered for on-premises deployment or in SaaS form. The software is built on the Zoho.com platform.

Prices start at $US5 per user per month. A two-user edition is available free of charge.
