Cloud Services Feature
Cloud computing
has often been touted as the technology of the future. However, in Australia, where the vast majority of businesses fall into the small to medium range, the Cloud is the technology of right now.

Using an acronym as tortured as some US Federal legislation, Capgemini has announced an implementation service for Oracle Fusion CRM.

SWIFT CRM (Structured Way of Implementing Fusion Led Transformation for Customer Relationship Management) is Capgemini's newly announced service for organisations that want assistance with deploying or administering Oracle Fusion CRM, along with associated change management consulting services.

Capgemini has been developing Oracle Fusion CRM expertise since 2009, and has trained more than 100 staff, been involved in the beta test program, and has set up centres of excellence in the product.

The company is now offering a range of services to organisations that wish to deploy Fusion CRM on-premises, in a private cloud, using Oracle's cloud, or in a hybrid fashion.

Connie Cservenyak, Capgemini global Oracle partner executive, said "We are delighted to be one of the major global systems integrators helping bring Oracle Fusion CRM to market.

"One of our key priorities is to improve the all-channel experience for customers by helping businesses improve their customer service."

Anthony Lye, senior vice president, cloud applications strategy at Oracle said "Capgemini is a trusted advisor for us and, most importantly, for companies that require the enterprise strength, power and security available via Oracle Fusion CRM.

"Capgemini's experience in CRM technology and business consulting, combined with its Oracle Fusion experience will help customers realise business benefits such as lower total cost of ownership, greater efficiency and greater insight into their customers."

Capgemini is a diamond member of the Oracle PartnerNetwork, and was Oracle's global applications partner of the year in 2011.
