Kaseya adds anti-virus, anti-malware and more to management framework

A new set of modules for Kaseya's systems management framework include anti-virus, anti-malware, and backup.


Kaseya has announced six new modules for its suite of software designed for use by managed service providers. The modules are offered for on-premises or cloud delivery.

Kaseya Antivirus (for Windows) uses Kaspersky Labs' anti-virus engine, while Kaseya Antimalware (KAM) is powered by Malwarebytes.

Kaseya Network Discovery finds all IP based devices connected and interconnected to the network, with automated agent deployment for instant management of Windows, Mac and Linux devices.

Kaseya Network Monitoring uses SNMP to provide a graphical view of CPU, RAM, disk and network interface data.

Kaseya Online Backup supports Windows and Mac OS X, and provides a cloud-based folder and file backup service.
