Cellphones silent as Mexico's biggest network fails E-mail

MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - Millions of Mexicans had their cellphone conversations put on hold for much of Tuesday after a wireless network belonging to the world's third richest man, tycoon Carlos Slim, temporarily crashed.
