A blog site and podcast dedicated to Apple's iPhone has been launched by "new media pioneer" Scott Bourne and "Apple/Mac expert" Chris Breen, promising to offer advice and information on the new phone.Featured Whitepaper

The blog has already launched at http://www.applephoneshow.com and includes some of the basic information already publicly available about the iPhone. By March, Breen and Bourne say will start a weekly podcast where they add more tips, tricks and usability suggestions. The podcast will be available at the iTunes Store and on Podango.com. "We're going to do more than filter through news on the show," said Breen. "We're going to show people how to get the most out of the iPhone, teach them how it works, debunk myths, talk about third-party add-ons, and generally make sure that anything you'd want to know about the iPhone, you hear from us." The blog and podcast are a service of the Bourne Media Group, a podcasting production and consulting firm based in the Seattle area. Bourne is "an author, lecturer, teacher and new media pioneer," and the president of Podango Productions in San Francisco, CA. He is the founder of what is claimed to be the world's first Internet-only radio network, Netradio, and is a co-host on several podcasts including MacBreak Weekly, the iLifeZone and GMT. Breen has written about Macs in MacUser, MacWEEK and Macworld. He is currently the senior editor at Macworld Magazine and at Playlist Magazine. {moscomment} |
