burncrusadeThat's it! The streets will be empty as level 60 characters resume where they had left off, in the worlds most Massive Multiplayer Online Role Play Game.

On sale as of now in most parts of the world (China to follow), the first expansion for the phenomenally successful online only game World of Warcraft (WOW).

The Burning Crusade finally brings a slew of new content to hungry players that have made WOW their game - and in some cases, their profession - of choice.  Now all Tanks, Spell casters, Healers, Gold farmers and ebay trawlers can experience the following additional features.

An increase of 10 in the level cap system - grind your way to level 70.

Two new playable races, the Dranei - a blue skinned Alliance race of spell casters and associated sub species and the Blood Elves siding with the Hoard.

Three new Cities - The Exodar, Silvermoon and Shattrath.

A new continent and many high-level dungeons, with selectable difficulty settings.

Flying mount creatures, adding a further dimension to the game.

A new profession of Jewelcrafting.  Sure to be a hit for those wanting to boost their virtual economy.

Given the success of WOW (now with 8 million subscribers) it was wise of Blizzard to delay the game until after the silly season.  Giving the chance for the developers to ensure that such an assured hit would be a polished one.

Now, Water cooler conversations with the bleary eyed will ensue, as players come to terms with the new realms, items and strategies to be exploited in an  attempt to dominate the Outlands during the Burning Crusade. {moscomment}
