If gartner's figures are to be believed, however, 2009 and beyond will be the turning point, with half of all PCs running Vista by the end of 2009 and more than two thirds with Vista installed by the end of 2010. Meanwhile Gartner does not believe either Linux or Mac OSX will increase their market share at all during the same period. Linux will be bogged down at less than 2%, while Mac OSX will remain constant at 2.4%, according to Gartner's set of numbers.{moscomment}
