IBRS expands NZ team with new appointment

Dr Boswell has significant experience in ICT management and consulting, and joins Jorn Bettin as an IBRS advisor and John Hislop as Country Manager, consolidating the IBRS team in New Zealand. Dr Boswell’s areas of expertise include organisational ICT reviews and restructuring, interim IT management at CIO level, strategic sourcing, external quality assurance of ICT systems, and IT marketplace research.
