US developer of application and network performance management tools, NetScout Systems has opened a sales office in Australia and signed a partnership agreement with Tenfold Network Solutions Pty Ltd, a provider of network performance management and optimisation consultancy and solutions.
Ben O'Loghlin, managing director of Tenfold, said: "We selected [NetScout's] nGenius solution as the core offering of our network management portfolio after an extended evaluation of a few vendors. NetScout came out a clear winner in areas of technology maturity, flexibility, robustness, coverage of a wide range of data sources, and thought leadership."
NetScout claims more than 3000 enterprise and government customers around the world for its nGenius performance management system, designed to "increase their return on infrastructure investments by optimising the performance of networks and applications according to business priorities."
Tenfold claims that its client base includes some of the largest network users in telecommunications, banking/financial services industries, IT outsourcers, and federal government agencies in Australia and New Zealand.{moscomment}
