Winners were selected by Epicor from each global region based on outstanding performance in customer satisfaction, growth and overall dedication, total sales and commitment to Epicor’s collaborative enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), professional services automation (PSA) and supply chain management (SCM) solutions. The awards were presented at a special Partner reception held during Epicor’s fourteenth annual Perspectives Users Conference in Las Vegas. “Epicor continues to leverage the experience of its channel partners by focusing on partners that provide strong vertical and regional presence,” said Salena Sebion, director of channel sales for Epicor. “Working closely with new and existing partners that can provide true, value added products and services has been essential to the increasing success of our partner program. The Channel Partner Awards honour the commitment of our partners to Epicor and the successful implementation of our solutions around the globe.” Partners were evaluated for the “Worldwide Partner of the Year” distinction based on their success in delivering Epicor solutions to the global midmarket. The winner of the “Worldwide Partner of the Year” award was Professional Advantage, recognised as the best performing global reseller across all Epicor solutions and regions.
