Information Appliance Associates, developers of the PocketMac range of software products, has produced a tool that can automatically copy & convert unlicensed music from Apple iTunes on Windows to Research In Motion's new BlackBerry Pearl model, which has a built in MP3 player.
pearlTunes copies MP3s and other unprotected digital music from selected playlists on iTunes for Windows to the MicroSD memory card on the user's BlackBerry Pearl. This allows the user to copy just favourite selections to the BlackBerry Pear. "So many users are going to fall in love with the ability to carry the music they listen to on their iTunes with them on the BlackBerry Pearl. This is a really exciting merging of two worlds," Goggin said. pearlTunes retails for $US9.95 and can be downloaded from http://www.pocketmac.net/pearlTunes.html{moscomment} |
