Based in Sydney, Everingham is responsible for brand stewardship, and ensuring alignment with partners and key constituents while continuing to expand salesforce.com’s footprint in the region. He brings more than nine years’ experience to the company, with sales, marketing and management positions in the advertising and event management industries. “Andrew has a wealth of local experience to contribute to the team,” said Jeremy Cooper, Vice President Marketing, Asia Pacific. “His appointment will enable us to further consolidate our growth in Australia and New Zealand, and is well timed to meet the increasing demands of the region.” Prior to joining salesforce.com, Everingham was general manager of McCorkell & Associates where he was responsible for overall campaign design and strategy, business development, events, and management for key clients. “It’s tremendously exciting to be joining salesforce.com at a time when the entire software industry is poised for massive change,” said Everingham. “The on-demand software model is really gaining momentum as more and more companies begin to realise the benefits of the business web and make the transition.” Everingham holds a Bachelors in Creative Arts from the University of Southern Queensland.
