Following its certification as a Cisco Gold partner, C4 Systems has launched a combined support and professional services package to help enterprises manage complex Cisco infrastructure.

C4, part of the Integ Group, a UXC (ASX: UXC) subsidiary, says it expects the new service, C4 Premium, to account for 30 percent of annual revenue. According to Integ CEO, Ian Poole, C4 Premium was developed to help clients manage complex Cisco infrastructure in a more cost-effective and flexible way.

“In the past an organisation has had to sign up for an annual support agreement and separately for professional services such as design and performance audits," he said. "Now, with C4 Premium, an organisation can purchase a bundle of professional service days with their support, specifically relating to the area of specialisation they require. This allows organisations to obtain a range of Cisco skill-sets across a breadth of technology offerings.”

4 has a range of professional services, from network design, audits, commissioning and system deployments across switching, unified communications security and wireless solutions. C4 also offers a high-speed Cisco procurement offering, C4 Procure.

In addition to Cisco Gold Partner accreditation, C4 has also received the Cisco Gold Star for Customer Satisfaction Excellence, one of only three Australian organisations to have received done so.{moscomment}
