BigAir Group Ltd (ASX: BGL) has announced its first annual result as a publicly listed company, reporting revenue of $6.9 million for the year to 30 June, $0.4 million above the $6.5 million guidance provided to in May of this year. Gross profit was $2m.Featured Whitepaper

The IPO raised net capital of $6.3 million and the company had a cash balance in excess of $5 million as at 30 June after investing more than $1.5 million during the year on capital equipment and acquisitions. In the current year the company says it intends to boost its penetration of the Sydney commercial market for high speed broadband, further develop the residential broadband opportunity provided by its WHome business unit, review the roll-out opportunities for its wireless network infrastructure and business model in other capital cities and to consider further targeted acquisitions.
