Broadband users pass 3.5 million E-mail

The latest 'Broadband Snapshot' report from the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) shows that there were 3,518,100 broadband services in Australia at 30 June 2006, a 67percent increase in 12 months.
ADSL services accounted for 2,549,900, HFC  cable 594,500, satellite 23,000, other DSL 251,100 and other, predominantly wireless 99,100.
