Nokia has started shipping its N93 cellphone with 3.2 megapixel camera, the ability to record up to 90 minutes of video and with inbuilt stereo speakers. Available for use on 3G or quadband EDGE/GSM networks, it is designed to allow users to easily share their photos on the Web via Flickr or other photo sharing communities. It is claimed to be able to record video at "DVD-like" quality, has anti-shake technology and can store up to 90 minutes of video on a 2Gbyte memory card. Phones in some markets will come with Amazon's Mobipocket Reader and Amazon Anywhere features preinstalled, enabling users to search customer reviews of products and make online purchases Mobipocket Reader "transforms [the N93] into a universal eBook reader with access to more than 25,000 eBooks from major US, German, French and Spanish publishers." |
