Melbourne-based Club i-mate (www.clubimate.com) claims to have the world's largest Windows Mobile user community, with over 500,000 members. Club i-mate provides live multilingual 24 hour technical support services to members, including access to software patches, device tutorials, updates and ROM upgrades. It includes utilities, applications and tools "to help members make the most of their i-mate devices," and provides members with a hosted Microsoft Exchange email account. Club i-mate also develops software applications for Microsoft Windows Mobile platforms. These include interactive games and i-mate Suite (www.imatesuite.com) that is claimed to enable Windows Mobile users and enterprises "to take total command and control of their data and Windows Mobile devices securely anytime, anywhere." |
