Mainpac announces new sales positions |

Asset management software developer Mainpac has announced two newly created positions, both based in Sydney. Dr Darron Passlow has been appointed business development manager for local and state government. Ms Jane DSilva is client services account manager. Dr Passlow joins Mainpac from MatrixIP, a company he established to help Australian technology businesses to move into global markets. In that role he has worked closely with Mainpac to assess opportunities for expansion in Asia and Pacific markets. Ms DSilva has been involved in the information technology industry for more than 10 years and joined Mainpac from Sydney company Powyr Solutions which provides solutions and support for enterprise asset management systems and portfolio and project management solutions. Prior to that she worked with Brisbane company Sunrise Computer Systems in the design and delivery of the training programs and help desk services which supported the roll out of a school management system to 1350 state schools for the Queensland Department of Education.
